PAYMENT INFORMATION When purchasing any services from us, the companies we use (who processes your order) use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your credit/debit card information is encrypted. As your order payment is secured through them and on their servers, we receive your payment but have NO access to your financial information at all. 14. ANTI-SPAM POLICY TREEHAWKS.BIZ is dedicated to ensuring compliance with all Anti-Spam Policies. We thank you for your business with us and acknowledge you as a client or customer and visitor to our company. When you request information, sign up for or buy our services and any other sources we will only contact you via email or messenger (if you have requested it), and so our guidelines are as follows:- All emails sent to you will clearly identify our company as the sender The subject line of any email will always be related to the content of the email. Any email sent from us will have the “unsubscribe” link for any future email messages. When unsubscribed ALL data will be removed from our lists (except where you have purchased a product and the data used for processing/status of a current product) as we need to keep those for tax purposes. TREEHAWKS PAYMENT, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY When purchasing a service or package from TREEHAWKS.BIZ you will be deemed to have read and agreed with the Terms & Conditions on this website. A copy of which can be emailed to you on request. Service / Package and Payment After making the decision to be involved in a service that TREEHAWKS offers, you can sign up for a service or package directly on the website, by choosing which package suits your business best and then following the necessary process to pay and for TREEHAWKS to set everything up for you. You will receive an online AGREEMENT (Contract) to sign and also a receipt emailed to you on payment. (*NOTE* Once this online agreement with TREEHAWKS is signed document and submitted along with payment - you are then in a legally binding contract with TREEHAWKS from that point). TREEHAWKS abides by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 so there is a cooling-off period (cancellation period) of 14 days from the FIRST day of payment, which gives you the right to exercise your cancellation rights. At which point, the service TREEHAWKS provides you will be cancelled and removed from the website. All returned payments will be returned via the route they were originally paid via our payment processing provider. (e.g. so if you paid via a debit card, your refund will be to that particular debit card). After the first 14 days from payment, NO refunds will be given. If you have signed up to a package, this is an auto-renewal (on the Pay In Full Option) until cancelled. So, you will be charged on the same card, each month or year (depending on what package you have bought). If you have chosen the Payment Plan you will have to manually re-sign up each year and you will receive an email 1 month prior to the contract ending for the year you have paid for so you have plenty of time to renew your package membership or choose to upgrade.
